Law and accounting offices
Reception and the conference room ready for clients in the morning. Desks are wiped only as agreed in the scope.
Clinics and dental offices
Waiting room, front desk, offices, break room and restrooms. Biohazard and medical waste are not part of our service.
Other professional offices
Kitchen, restrooms and trash done after you close, so the first client of the day walks into a clean office.
Not included: painting, pest control, carpet shampooing, moving heavy furniture or appliances, windows above the second floor, structural mold, biohazard and pet waste.

How the price is built · What our janitorial service covers
Offices are cleaned after hours, in our overnight window, so your team never works around us. Our overnight shift runs 10pm–2am.
The Checklist Promise. Report an issue with a photo or description by 6:00 p.m. the next business day and we redo that area at no charge on the next visit or the next business evening. A missed visit is made up the next evening and credited on your next invoice.
JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Founding clients: our first 10 commercial clients get the initial deep clean included. The benefit never depends on a review.

Is my office too small for you?
No. We price by the space we measure and the visits you choose, with a minimum per visit. The walkthrough and the quote are free.
Do you offer janitorial service for a small office?

No. Offices are cleaned after hours, in our overnight window, so your team never works around us.
Can we change the number of nights later?
Frequency is part of the written scope. If you want more or fewer nights later, we update the scope and the monthly price in writing.
