What does office cleaning cost in Boston?
Your monthly price comes from the square footage we measure and how many nights a month we clean. We set it at a free walkthrough and give it to you in writing.

How the number is built
Same steps for every proposal.
We don't publish a flat rate. We measure your space, turn it into person-hours, and multiply by the visits you choose.

The footage sets the work each visit takes. Every visit has a minimum, so a small office still gets a full crew visit.
Visits per month
More nights a month means more visits on the invoice. Each visit covers the same written checklist.

Restocking paper & soap is a separate contract.
We bring the cleaning products and equipment, and they are included in your price.
From walkthrough to first night
What happens after you ask.
- We walk and measure your space with the founder, Danilo. About an hour on site.
- You get a written scope and one monthly price, with your nightly checklist draft.
- You sign. Your service starts once the agreement is signed and the first month is paid. After that, each month is invoiced.
- First night. We clean during our 10pm–2am overnight shift.
Offices are cleaned after hours, in our overnight window, so your team never works around us. Our overnight shift runs 10pm–2am.
The Checklist Promise. Tell us within 24 hours and our team returns to re-clean it at no charge. If that is not possible, or the same issue comes back, you get a credit. This is a re-clean, not a cash refund.
JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Founding clients: our first 10 commercial clients get the initial deep clean included. The benefit never depends on a review.
Questions about price
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can explain how the price is built, but the number depends on what we measure on site. We'd rather quote once, in writing.
Do you bill by the hour?
No. The person-hours become one monthly price. You don't get a variable hourly bill.
Is there a long contract?
Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Are cleaning supplies included?
We bring the cleaning products and equipment, and they are included in your price.
Restocking paper & soap is a separate contract.
