Trash and recycling in a Boston office
Trash & recycling emptied is part of every visit. Where it goes depends on local rules:
- Any company hauling business trash or recycling on Boston streets needs a city Commercial Hauler Permit, so ask your hauler for theirs.
- Commercial food waste goes with a private hauler, not the city.

- Massachusetts bans cardboard, paper and glass, metal and plastic containers from the trash. A business that throws away half a ton or more of food waste a week must keep that out too (since Nov 1, 2022).

Offices are cleaned after hours, in our overnight window, so your team never works around us. Our overnight shift runs 10pm–2am.
The Checklist Promise. Tell us within 24 hours and our team returns to re-clean it at no charge. If that is not possible, or the same issue comes back, you get a credit. This is a re-clean, not a cash refund.
JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Founding clients: our first 10 commercial clients get the initial deep clean included. The benefit never depends on a review.

Yes. We clean during our 10pm–2am overnight shift. Building access and alarm codes are agreed at the walkthrough and written into the scope.
