Janitorial service, for us, is the recurring cleaning of your office on a fixed rhythm. Your scope splits it into three lists the crew works from.

We bring the cleaning products and equipment, and they are included in your price.
Not included: painting, pest control, carpet shampooing, moving heavy furniture or appliances, windows above the second floor, structural mold, biohazard and pet waste.
Restocking paper & soap is a separate contract. We don't do daytime porter work or building maintenance.

If your company sits in an office park, or you own a small building in one, each building gets its own written scope.
Suites you hire us for
The scope names the rooms and areas we clean, suite by suite. Nothing outside it is assumed.
Shared areas, when they are yours
Lobbies, corridors and shared restrooms go in the scope only if you are the one contracting them.
Access per building
Keys, door codes and alarm steps are agreed at the walkthrough and written into that building's scope.
We cover office parks along Route 128 and I-93 around Woburn and Burlington, and on the North Shore.

We don't quote janitorial work over the phone. We walk and measure the space with you, then send the quote in writing with the scope. You keep the written scope even if you don't hire us. More on how the price is built.
Offices are cleaned after hours, in our overnight window, so your team never works around us. Our overnight shift runs 10pm–2am.
The Checklist Promise. Report an issue with a photo or description by 6:00 p.m. the next business day and we redo that area at no charge on the next visit or the next business evening. A missed visit is made up the next evening and credited on your next invoice.
JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Founding clients: our first 10 commercial clients get the initial deep clean included. The benefit never depends on a review.

Is janitorial service different from office cleaning?
Not in what we do. People search for both. Our janitorial service is the recurring overnight cleaning of your office, from a written scope, for one monthly price.
Do you supply paper towels, toilet paper and soap?
Restocking paper & soap is a separate contract.
We bring the cleaning products and equipment, and they are included in your price.
Do you offer a day porter?
No. We clean during our overnight shift. Daytime porter work is not part of our service.
