Medical and dental offices · Boston to Gloucester, MA

Medical and dental office cleaning, outside the clinical areas.

Overnight cleaning of the office side of your practice: waiting room, front desk, offices, break room and restrooms. Clinical work stays with your clinical team.

Where the line sits

We clean the office. Your team keeps the clinic.

A practice has two kinds of space, and a cleaning contract should say which one it covers.

We work on the non-clinical side, after your last patient leaves: the waiting room, reception and front desk, private offices, the break room, staff and patient restrooms, hallways, glass doors and interior windows, and the ordinary trash and recycling. Treatment rooms, operatories, instruments and sterilization stay with your clinical staff. That line is written into your scope before the first night, room by room, so nobody assumes the other side has it covered.

Every visit

What the written scope can include.

In our scope

  • Waiting room seating, tables, door handles and other touch points
  • Front desk counter, on cleared surfaces only
  • Private offices and the break room
  • Staff and patient restrooms, cleaned and sanitized
  • Ordinary trash and recycling
  • Glass doors and interior windows

Never in our scope

  • Clinical contact surfaces, dental units, chairs and treatment equipment
  • Instruments, trays and sterilization equipment
  • Sharps containers and red-bag (regulated medical) waste
  • Blood or body fluid cleanup: biohazard is excluded from our service
  • Patient records: we don't read, move or file them

Disinfection is an add-on we quote separately. We never claim an infection-control result; that belongs to your clinical protocols.

Before the first night

Questions we settle at the walkthrough.

  • Which rooms are clinical, room by room, and whether any of them get floor work after your team has finished.
  • Where sharps containers and red bags live, so they are clearly marked and never sit next to an ordinary bin.
  • Whether the front desk is cleared every evening, or which parts of it stay untouched.
  • Which restrooms patients use, and whether staff restrooms are separate.
  • Who in the practice is our contact when something in the scope needs to change.

Access, people and photos

Who comes in at night, and what they record.

Everyone who works in your office has passed a background check before working on a JCIL site.

Keys, door codes and alarm steps are agreed in writing at the walkthrough: we enter only the areas in your scope, lock up and re-arm the alarm where you tell us to, and access can be revoked in writing at any time. Before-and-after photos of the areas cleaned are taken for quality control; they stay private, and the crew avoids photographing people and personal documents, which in a practice means patient paperwork and screens.

The detail of what a cleaner should and should not touch in a practice, with the CDC's split between clinical and housekeeping surfaces, is in our guide what cleaners do in a dental or medical office.

How it works

One written scope, one monthly price.

Offices are cleaned after hours, in our overnight window, so your team never works around us. Our overnight shift runs 10pm–2am.

The Checklist Promise. Report an issue with a photo or description by 6:00 p.m. the next business day and we redo that area at no charge on the next visit or the next business evening. A missed visit is made up the next evening and credited on your next invoice.

JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Founding clients: our first 10 commercial clients get the initial deep clean included. The benefit never depends on a review.

How pricing works

Questions we get

Will your crew go into treatment rooms?

Only if your practice decides it, for example to do the floors after clinical surfaces are done and waste is removed, and only as written room by room in the scope.

Do you take away sharps or red-bag waste?

No. Regulated medical waste is handled by your medical waste service and never goes into our trash route.

When do you clean?

After hours, in our 10pm–2am overnight window, so no patient or staff member works around us.

How is the price set?

From the space we measure at a free walkthrough and the nights you choose, as one monthly price. See how the price is built.
