Where this page applies
The towns between Boston and the Merrimack Valley.
North of the city, offices are spread across office parks and small town centers.
This page covers Woburn, Burlington, Stoneham, Winchester, Melrose, Wakefield, Reading, North Reading, Wilmington, Billerica, Tewksbury, Chelmsford, Andover, North Andover, Lowell, Lawrence, Methuen, Dracut and Haverhill. Closer in, Boston, Cambridge and their neighbors have their own page; the coast from Lynn to Gloucester is on the North Shore page.
Woburn and Burlington
Office parks, one suite or a whole building.
Woburn's office parks include Tower Office Park and Cummings Park, and the Commerce Way area. Burlington's 2021 town planning grant covers its commercial areas along Burlington Mall Road and Middlesex Turnpike, out to Blanchard Road.

In a park, you usually lease a suite and the landlord runs the lobby. Your scope lists the rooms you hire us for. Shared hallways and restrooms are in it only when you are the one contracting them. Trash normally goes to a building dumpster or compactor, so the walkthrough notes which door we use to get there and what the last stop of the night is.
Stoneham
A town center full of small offices.
The regional planning agency's 2014 plan for the Town counted about 130 retail and professional office businesses in the Stoneham town center, around Stoneham Square and Main Street, and described office and health care buildings along Montvale Avenue.

Small offices above shops often share carts or a dumpster with other tenants. We agree where your bags and recycling go before the first night. For a health care office, see medical and dental office cleaning: we clean the office side, never the clinical areas.
Andover and North Andover
Industrial districts and a historic mill district.
Andover's own bond statement (2011, with 2010 figures) describes the River Road industrial district with about 9,000 jobs and more than 6 million square feet of office and R&D space, plus the Lowell Junction district and the Dascomb Road / Lowell Street area. The Town also zoned the Historic Mill District in 2015: about 100 acres near the commuter rail station.

In North Andover, the Town's economic development site lists the 168-acre Osgood Landing and the downtown district among its commercial areas, and the Town keeps a business recycling page that repeats the state bans.

State rule
The same bans in every town.
From Woburn to Haverhill, cardboard, paper and glass, metal and plastic containers are banned from business trash, and so is food waste for a business that throws away half a ton or more a week.
How it works
One written scope, one monthly price.
Offices are cleaned after hours, in our overnight window, so your team never works around us. Our overnight shift runs 10pm–2am.
JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Founding clients: our first 10 commercial clients get the initial deep clean included. The benefit never depends on a review.
Questions we get
Is Andover or Haverhill too far for you?
No. Both are inside our service area, which runs from Boston north to Gloucester, Massachusetts only. New Hampshire is outside it.
We lease one suite in a larger building. Can you clean just our space?
Yes. The written scope names the rooms and areas we clean for you, and nothing outside it is assumed.
Our office park locks the doors at night. How do you get in?
Keys, cards, door codes and alarm steps are agreed at the walkthrough and written into the scope before the first night in our 10pm–2am window.
What does the monthly price cover?
The rooms and tasks in your written scope, on the nights you choose. See how the price is built.
