The overnight window
Your team leaves. We come in.
Offices are cleaned after hours, in our overnight window, so your team never works around us. Our overnight shift runs 10pm–2am.
Nightly or a few nights a week
Choose nightly service or fewer visits. The number of visits per month is set in your written scope.
Signed off before we leave
The crew completes your checklist and signs it off before leaving the building.
Keys, alarm and access
Agreed before night one, in writing.
After-hours cleaning only works if access is clear. At the walkthrough we agree these points and write them into the scope:
- How the crew gets in: key, fob or door code
- Your alarm: how to disarm and re-arm it, and who your alarm company calls
- Which rooms the crew enters, and which stay closed
- Lights, doors and windows at the end of the night
- Where the trash and recycling go after hours
A background check is a condition of working with JCIL, with periodic re-verification.
The next morning
If something was missed, here is what happens.
The Checklist Promise. Report an issue with a photo or description by 6:00 p.m. the next business day and we redo that area at no charge on the next visit or the next business evening. A missed visit is made up the next evening and credited on your next invoice.
JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Founding clients: our first 10 commercial clients get the initial deep clean included. The benefit never depends on a review.

Do you clean every night?
If you want. Visits per month are part of the written scope: every business night, or fewer nights if that is what your office needs.
Can you come before 10pm?
Our standard window is 10pm–2am and our route is built around it. If your office stays open late, tell us at the walkthrough.
Who will be in our office at night?
A JCIL crew on our overnight route, working from your written scope and nightly checklist.
