  • In a downtown building with shops on the street and offices upstairs, trash can go out with the building or with a hauler you hire yourself. We find out which at the walkthrough, and when it goes out, and write it into the scope.
  • Massachusetts law applies in Lynn too: no cardboard, paper or recyclable containers in the trash.

The Checklist Promise. Report an issue with a photo or description by 6:00 p.m. the next business day and we redo that area at no charge on the next visit or the next business evening. A missed visit is made up the next evening and credited on your next invoice.

JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Office cleaning is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
