How the price is set
Area and height, condition of the surface, how much cutting-in and trim. Paint is already in the price, in the brand and line set in the scope.
Every new client starts with a visit: we see the property with you and agree there what the job covers.
You get the scope in writing before any work starts, and nothing is added or changed without your written approval.
The price we write down is firm. If the job takes longer than we planned, that is on us.
JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
