How the price is set
Square feet, condition of the subfloor, whether the old floor comes out, number of rooms and cut-ins, stairs.
Every new client starts with a visit: we see the property with you and agree there what the job covers.
You get the scope in writing before any work starts, and nothing is added or changed without your written approval.
The price we write down is firm. If the job takes longer than we planned, that is on us.
JCIL is insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
